Thank you for your comment.  I would like to suggest you keep a kind of record of your physical activity by putting check marks on your calendar.  Also, I recommed you write the accumulated number of marks beside each because your recognition of your repeated success or the accumulation of successful experiences enhances your self-efficacy (Bandula, A., 1997) even more.  Can you think of any other effective means to help make the daily effort?  If so, please post your thoughts here for our audience.  Thank you.  Hisao Kano</description>
